NZ rules don’t allow doctors to use patient testimonials in advertising. We keep things transparent with service and safety information instead.
FAQs
Q: What is Vital Health?
A: A telehealth lifestyle-medicine clinic for NZ adults. We focus on medical weight management, men’s performance (ED + underlying risks), sleep health, and heart/metabolic risk.
Q: Who do you see?
A: Adults 18+ anywhere in New Zealand (most of our patients are 30–65). We welcome all genders.
Q: Are you my regular GP?
A: No. We’re a focused telehealth lifestyle medicine consultation service. We can share notes with your usual GP if you want and they remain in charge of your general care.
Q: Can you order blood tests?
A: Yes—when clinically indicated (e.g., lipids, HbA1c, renal/liver, thyroid, iron studies). We’ll explain costs and options.
Q: How do appointments work?
A: Book online, complete a short pre-visit form, then meet your doctor by secure video. Follow-ups are virtual too.
